Points competition based on distance and pace, considering gender and age. Standard Pace: The theoretical pace based on the age and sex of the runner. It is calculated by multiplying the actual pace by a coefficient between 0 and 1. The coefficients used are those of the WMA (World Master Athletics), compiled by Alan Jones . Pace Coefficient: Coefficient based on the theoretical consumption of VO2 calculated with the metabolic equation of the American College of Sports Med's. A coefficient = 1 is assigned at a pace of 6.5 min / km. Faster speeds weigh above 1, and slower speeds weigh below 1. The standard pace is used. UR points: distance (km) * pace coefficient + elevation gain (m) / 100.
