Age and sexe weighting

STANDARD TIME

Activity time weighted with a coefficient according to age and sex.

The coefficient is a value between 0 and 1 which also depends on the distance run. We use the World Master Athletics (WMA) coefficients compiled by Alan Jones.

STANDARD PACE

Pace of the activity from standard time (weighted by age and sex).
